The Minden United Church of Christ is a church called to love God, live compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. As a fellowship of believers we seek to serve in the ministry of Jesus Christ to the sick, the friendless and those in distress. Our church is an extremely friendly place to worship. We welcome all who want to visit and seek the Spirit to give us a try. We believe that you will find your experience here to be uplifting and welcoming no matter where you are on life's journey. The mission of Minden United Church of Christ is to follow the Spirit and to live a life of love and forgiveness.
Pastor Brian
I am a Midwestern farm boy at my core. I was raised in a small farming community and I love living in a small farming community. My faith is grounded in the grace, love and life of Jesus and I firmly believe our faith is to be reflected in all areas of our lives. I want my ministry to be about love and acceptance. I firmly believe that Jesus' core message was about God's love for everyone, and I think it is my calling to help each person discover God's love in their lives. I want everyone to experience the awesome power of God's love.
